If you need help or want to report a bug, contact us using the email link below. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Before emailing, please include: your app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened (plus a screenshot if you can).

Hints: you receive a daily minimum of free hints. If you run out, you can purchase a "100 Hints" pack from inside the app. If you were charged but didn’t receive hints, email support and include your receipt/order info.

Any suggestions you have are more than welcome. Please feel free to pass along anything you think would make this a better experience.
